The Application of CRM to 3PL According to Its Characteristics

The development of 3PL needs the support of Information technology and modern management technology.CRM could meet the requirement.According to the characteristic in the development of 3PL and the structure of the CRM system,this paper has a discussion on the application of CRM to the 3PL.At last,some aspects that should be concerned in the application are introduced.
