The Improved CRITIC-CPM Evaluation Model in Science and Technological Awards

Combining to the features of science and technology award evaluation,this paper uses the coefficient of variation to improving CRITIC method,and make expert reliability coefficient and clustering analysis integrated into catastrophe progression method(CPM),then constructs the improved CRITIC-CPM evaluation model in science and technology awards.This model achieves the scientific evaluation for the project by reducing the dimension twice,and makes the evaluation results of scientific and rational by excluding the interference of the man-made factor greatly.
