On the Infringement of Online Copyright

Generally speaking online works,including both the works that are to be put online or those created online,satisfy the necessary components of traditional works and the special legal requirements of online works.In determining the infringement of online copyright,the four fundamental components of traditional works should also be considered,that is,illegitimacy of the acts concerned,fact of damage,cause and effect,and subjective faults.The infringement of online copyright mainly includes downloading online works to publish on traditional media,uploading the traditional works online,linking,surfing and copying online works.
