On creating university telecommunication network service centre

Based on the investigaton on present situation of the management of university telecommunication network,this paper analized the existing problems and put forward some solutions on creating Creatiang University Telecommunication Network Service Centre to improve service mechanism which would provide better services for the teaching,acdemic researches and administration of the university.
