Supply chain management(SCM)is the typical representation of the management concepts of horizontal integration.Based on the analysis of the background of SCM,this paper discusses the application of information technology(IT)to the integrated SCM(ISCM),and presents and IT architecture supporting SCM information systems which depend on Internet/Intranet.
