Solution for Reducing the Effect of PCR Throbbing in Digital TV Receiver

PCR throbbing has always been the difficulty of application. This paper proposes a solution for reducing the effect of PCR throbbing caused by network transmission and multiplexing in DTV receiver. This solution is very good for engineering application.
