This paper discussed the research and development of Wuhan Civil Air Defense Management Information System,including general framework,data organization,technology structure,function design,etc.With the construction of the system,the manager can directly and clearly understand the basic situation of civil air defense infrastructure and plan.The system can quick realize the query,comprehensive analysis,and decision making functions.It provides a GIS platform with good condition and plentiful functions.It realized the scientific and effective management for civil air defense infrastructures.
