Research of a Certificate-based Unified Identity Management Technology

A secure remote access solution for mobile terminal is proposed in this paper. There existing four type of user authentication process during the terminal remote accessing, such as terminal user login, wireless VPDN login, IPSec VPN login and application login. And there is different user identity during these authentication processes. A digital certificate-based unified identity management method for the remote access user’s identity is proposed, and it can improve the security and manageability of secure remote access system.
