Knowledge base system of water environmental influence evaluation IDSS is the core of decision support system(DSS) of water environmental influence evaluation.Data base and model base are managed and dispatched uniformly through knowledge base system,and thus operator is able to make the correct(decision.) Based on systemic analysis on knowledge characteristic of water environmental influence evaluation field,knowledge content,knowledge obtain and knowledge expression method in knowledge base are(described) primarily.Furthermore,suitable knowledge expression method and knowledge base system(structure) are proposed.Design idea and method of knowledge base of water environmental influence(evaluationis) are discussed,and reasoning mechanism of water environmental influence evaluation is established.
