A Dynamic and Self-adaptive Task Scheduling Mechanism

This paper puts forward a load-balanced task scheduling method on the distributed parallel virtual platform.This method allows for loadbalance between different machines and at the same time it reduces the burden on the central machine.Finally,experimental data prove the task scheduling mechanism by experiments,which have good results.
