Review on the New Development of Probation System Research

Since the start of this century,the research of probation system has made new development. The research results have been fruitful,the research perspective has involved all aspects of probation system,and the research focused on the probation nature,applying conditions,supervision and inspection,revocation,etc. Although the new development of the probation system research have been making us delighted,there are also a lot of imperfections,its systematical and practical aspects need to be strengthened.
