Straight forward Discusses to the Minority Language Skills on Linux

This paper mainly discusses the means and techniques to develop an independence minority language OS based on Linux. Firstly, this paper introducesthe concepts of I18N, L11N and minority languages localization. Secondly, this paper introduces the concepts of locale, this project to customize a minority language locale and the technique to use this locale in X-window. Finally, this paper introduces the techniques to carry out internationalization and minority languages localization in X-window from display, input and print.
