A Motion Adaptive Algorithm for Fast Motion Estimation

An adaptive motion tracking block mathcing algorithms is proposed in this paper.Based on the spatial correlation of motion blocks,a predicted starting search point is adaptively chosen.Search algorithms for current block is decided by motion of spatial correlation of motion blocks. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm reduce the computational requiement,enhance the accuracy of predcit.
