Julia Curves" and Fractal Image Compression Coding

This paper first measures Julia Curves with square patterns by many ways, then the measurement of Julia Curves is applied to encode fractal image, which eliminates the defects of fractal image compression coding and changeable code compression dictionary. The experimental results show that the Julia Curves can collage fractal image to be encoded very well and has some fractal image merit decoding.
