General Optimal Efficiency Behavior(GOEB) model is based on meeting the expected minimum investment output and highest investment restrictions, for the purpose of the General Optimal Efficiency(GOE).To solving the model,an improved Long Schema Genetic Algorithms(LSGA) is proposed, which sorting the efficiency of investment activities and using greedy strategy to fix the invalid chromosomes. The results of LSGA with three kinds of reproduced operator showed that more efficiency than the Genetic Algorithms and Greedy Algorithm in reference.
