This paper conducts a questionnaire survey and analysis on current situation of the socialized service of the libraries of several colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, introduces the survey purposes and methods, and expounds some problems existing in carrying out the socialized service by the libraries of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province.
