Analysis and Simulation of burden on a cell in TD-SCDMA system

As one of the important aspect of RRM(Radio Resource Management) in TD-SCDMA system, CAC is based on the measure of burden on a cell, so find a method to reckon the burden on a cell become important. Start with concept of CAC ,burden on a cell and so on, algorithms which used to recon burden on Uplink and Dwlink is proposed . Algorithm for Uplink based on the control over noise rise, it can be effective to measure interference in system; Algorithm for Dwlink come from the total power of BS, which has a intuitionistic meaning. The relationship between the cell and adjacent cells is being analyzed furthermore, provide a theoretic basis to the optimization of network . Several important simulation results over important variables are provided to verify the algorithms proposed in this paper.
