Research on Cooperative SPM Model Based on Contract Net

The design and implementation issues of the strategic partner relationship management (SPM) software model are discussed on the background of the software development of customer relationship management (CRM) in this paper. Firstly, contract net-based SPM software architecture is given based on the field demand framework of the SPM software with describing the various components. Then it focuses on the negotiation model of the software for SPM, and on this basis, the contract net structural processes is introduced in this article. Finally, according to BPEL describing framework, it describes some content with practicability.
