Harmonious human-computer interaction emphasizes the situational awareness of the interaction of the machine to provide users with the ability of active service. The introduction of the ontological description of complex situations, scenes, simulated situations dynamically changes situation ontology database.Appropriate services can be provided by employing case-based reasoning(CBR) method for different contexts case studies, selection, correction and storage and comparing existing cases, experiences and methods. This intelligent reasoning can take into account user location and time points to take the initiative to search for services needed by the user, thus provide fully personalized,high-quality user experience, and truly harmonious human-computer interaction will be realized.
