Research and Application of Hemorheology Quality Control

Objective To research on the preparation of hemorheology whole blood controlling product,apply to interior quality control and establish the quality control program of hemorheology.Methods Vein blood,8:1 mixes with anticoagulating fluid-1 for blood transfusion,add 25mL 1640 fluids to each 100mL whole blood,mix thoroughly and load vacuum tubes(without supplement) separately with the aseptic technology,3mL a tube,set at 2℃～4℃ preservation,High,medium and low levels of controlling product is got by adjusting the quantity of the plasma of a tube.The viscometer is cleaned with cleaning procedure and passes the background test.To determine separately the values of controlling product of three levels ten times with the viscometer,including viscosity of whole blood at the shear rate,150s~(-1),60s~(-1),10s~(1),viscosity of plasma,hematocrit,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,accumulating the precision.Determine the viscosity of heparin anticoagulating whole blood of the healthy people,comparing the viscosity curve with the medium level controlling product.Monitor respectively with controlling product of three levels,using medium level controlling product in 1st month,high in 2nd month,and low in 3rd month.Determine the values of the above six group datas,then dotting them in the Westgard control chart,counting the coefficient of variation(CV),the 1st week and the last week data result with t-test.Determine the quantity of hemoglobin of whole blood and plasma,accumulating the hemolysis percentage rate.Results All the CV values of the high,medium and low level controlling product are less than 5%,the CV values of the data of continuous a months are less than 5%,t-test has not any remarkable difference between the data of the 1st week and the last week a month(P0.05),the hemolysis percentage rate is less than 1%,Westgard control chart is very satisfying.Conclusion The controlling product of this program is simple,low cost and long preservation for three months,it can be applied to the quality control of the samples of high,medium and low levels.Combining the cleaning procedure and background test,the program is practical and feasible which is used to hemorheology interior quality control.
