On Recallable Archive Material and the Collection of Them

The collecting of the recallable archive material is a new field of archive management. The effective collection of recallable archive material demands a fresh concept and a better knowledge. The method is to bring about Three Combinations, simultaneously, focus on the making of plans, the identification of targets, the conducting of research, and the predominance of features. It needs to cooperate with the center, to take the opportunities, to be good at identifying, and to present masterful works. To go deeper, the collection of recallable archive material needs good organization, expertise and funding so as to have the work done properly and for a long term.
