Multimedia messaging based on wireless network is one of the hot research on field of information technology.The RTP/ RTCP protocol to support streaming media is analyzed,A adaptive grouping algorithms that combination of packet loss rate and the video data content is presented,it can dynamically adjust the packet size based on the current network conditions and the current contents of the video data,and improve the robustness of video errors and channel utilization.
