OA is an office automation system by using modern computer and internet technology,which improves office efficiency greatly.According to the requirements for the construction of science and technology information in academies and institutes,this paper gives a few ideas and methods based on science and technology information platform construction,definitely particularizes function and level of Sci-Tech information OA system.The purpose is to improve Sci-Tech information exchange,wide exchange route and optimize exchange fashion.It has very important reference value for OA system developer and Sci-Tech information platform erector.
