The Design and Implementation of Distributed Database System Based on CORBA

On the basis of analysis of CORBA and distributed database technology, this paper brings forward a design scheme of the distributed database system CDDS based on CORBA. The architecture and structure of CDDS are discussed as well as the realization in a distributed power system. The practice proves that the solution of CDDS can meet the requirement of the distributed database in power system.
