Selection and Simulation of Band-pass Sampling Rate with Symbol Rate Correlation

Selection of band-pass sampling rate is a key problem of the software radio technology.In this paper,the usual selection method and its drawback of band-pass sampling rate are analyzed: The sampling rate is not an integral multiples of the symbol rate and the digital signal processing of the base band needs complex fractional multiple interpolating or sampling which is difficult.In order to solve the problem,a practical selection method of band-pass sampling rate with symbol rate correlation is proposed.A method of selecting the sampling rate with integral multiple of the symbol rate based on the maxim gap between the spetrums is presented.Finally the correctness and feasibility of the method is validated by software simulation.
