Since individuals can better represent the real semantics of the concept they belong to,individual based ontology matching technology is able to improve the precision of the ontology alignment. However,in the real scenarios, the lack of the dually annotated individuals seriously limits the application of the individual based ontology matching technology. To overcome this shortcoming,in this paper,an ontology matching technology using dually individual annotation is proposed. In particular, our proposal utilizes the evolutionary algorithm( EA) to implement the process of automatic dually individual annotation and concept matching. The experiment uses the OAEI 2012 benchmarks, and the results show the effectiveness of our proposal.
