The Application of Grey Clustering in Submerged Layer Logging Interpretation

The method for identifying submerged layer with grey clustering was brought forward in this article. This method was simple, convenient and easy to calculate, the level of submerged oil layer could be identified with the logging curves. The result got from the data processing of the 15 wells in Shengli Oilfield proved that this method was feasible and the logging coincidence rate was 81.8% in accordance.
