A Universal On-board Mobile Communication System Based on Centralized Monitoring Technology

This paper introduces a universal on-board mobile communication system(ground communication system),with emphasis on several key technologies such as system integration technology,the software design of centralized monitoring and integrated information transmission technology among vehicles during implementation.The ground communication system has been successfully developed and applied in projects.The practice indicates that the system has strong extensibility and high flexibility,can be applied on various platforms with different requirements,and has an extensive application coverage.
