Selection of Surge Protective Device in Low Voltage Distribution

The theory, effect and protection class of surge protective device were analyzed, and the design and choice of surge protective device in low voltage power distribution was described.It kept the electric equipment away from the damage of lightning electromagnetic pulse, achieved the purpose of protection, and proposed theory reasons for the electrical designer.
