Computer-related Crimes′Impact on China′s Criminal Law

Computer-related crimes, as a new type of crimes emerging from and accompanied with high technology, have exercised plenty of impact on China′s Criminal Law in the following aspects: legislature of these crimes′accusation, offenders, punishment, criminal jurisdiction, criminal investigation and evidence system. This paper comprehensively analyses these types of impact and thereupon raises some suggestions to respond to the impact.
