Research on the Forms of Network Evidence

The reason that network evidence can be used to testify the facts to be proven is that it contains the information left by the facts.The existence form of network evidence is decided by the means of obtaining and fixing network information.Only by ensuring the rationality of the means can network evidence has the eligibility of evidence in forms.As an independent evidence form,the division of network evidence should make the information content and its fixed mode as the standard.
