The view that electronic duplicate of business license was used for network market transactions administration was gave on the base of administration for IndustryCommerce present situation in our country.The basic structure of electronic duplicate of business license including registration information,issuing information and password information.Then electronic duplicate of business license certificate revocation list and electronic duplicate of business license carrier was explained in detail.At last,showing license in the net which was practical application of electronic duplicate of business license in Administration for IndustryCommerce was researched detailedly.Theses gave a technology infrastructure for the research and application of electronic duplicate of business License in Administration for IndustryCommerce.
