Fault tree analysis and its application to marine diesel fault analysis

The significance of fault diagnosis on marine diesel is stated. The general principles of Fault Tree Analysis for analyzing marine diesel are studied,and one fault tree is constructed using the theory of FTA according to its fault phenomena in one marine diesel. Then,the characteristics of using FTA to analyze fault are discussed.
