Study on preparation of strengthened polyvinylidene fluoride microporous membrane

The nonwoven strengthened polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microporous membrane was prepared by phase conversion process.It was definitive that dimethylacetamine (DMAC) was used as solvent with lithium chloride as the second additive,and with using water bath at coagulation step.The effects of some technological conditions on the membrane performance such as composition and concentration of additive and coagulation bath,temperature of coagulation bath,heat treatment etc.,were also studied.
