Development of NC System on Graphite Electrode Abrading Tool

It introduces the principle of graphite electrode abrading tool and develops the software and hardware of NC machine. This can detect the position of platform feed with great inertial-mass through photoelectrical encoder, the vibration magnitude of translation worktable with eddy transducer. Based on these the machine parameters can be automatically regulate, and the grinding process is smooth.
