Design of steel ball diameter separator based on inductance type transducer

The article took the application of inductance type transducer in steel ball diameter sorting circuit as an example to present the design conception for application circuit of inductance type transducer,which contained functional analysis of circuit,framework design and measuring circuit simulation.We detected the micro-displacement signals of steel ball diameters and turned them into voltage signals,which were easy to transmit,process and display.We then used signal processing and displayed circuits to measure the data and achieved the sorting and counting functions.Through the experiment,it shows that the system is simple,high precision,good safety performance,low cost,debugging easily,and meets the measurement requirements in the actual project.
