Make Use of Sonic Logging to Analyze Geological Information in a Block of Daqing

Sonic logging is based on the acoustic properties of the media of rocks etc.,to study such issues as the geological section near a well and to judge the quality of cementing.High-resolution acoustic logging is designed for the exploitation of thin-layers in oil fields.By processing and analyzing the sonic curves from different blocks in Daqing using the HY1000 software,we can get a better understanding of geological information. The process is also verification for the result of seismic exploration,as well as supplement to the seismic exploration.
