The paper studied on creating pipeline entity via ObjectARX in AutoCAD.Custom pipeline entity,combining both property data and geometry models,can alter automatically signs,labels and other graphic display when property data change.It integrates property data with geometry display on profound level.The advanced development of pipeline data acquisition system can be implemented by using MFC of AutoCAD style and technology of database.
