Agricultural production depends on the assistance of the library,and the information resources of library is the starting point and ladder of mass production in scale production and the channel of agricultural information exchange and transference.Therefore,the new idea,new technology and the new way of the networking information service were investigated,with the requirement of agricultural customers as guide and relying on the networking technology,and it was necessary to establish a special service system for the agricultural customers,which was convenient for the acquisition,possessing,utilization,treatment and exchange of information for agricultural customers,and finding the problems and solution of agricultural production for them easily at home.
