Research and implementation of Web service design time system

Web service provides an effective solution for the interoperability and integration of heterogeneous applications.However,most web service platforms do not provide support of an integrated design time system.This paper brings forward and implements an integrated design time system,provides support for kinds of service implementation wrapped up in web services.Ultimately,design time system will produce deployment file that runtime system needs.
