Application of GRA in distribution network building size evaluation

The grey relation operator and the distinguishing coefficient are two significant parameters in grey relational analysis(GRA).Under the application background of distribution network building size evaluation, the authors systematically investigate the influence of grey relation operator and distinguishing coefficient on the results obtained by GRA.In order to meet the needs of anti-disturbing ability and optimizing discrimination,the authors proposed the criteria and some practical methods to determine grey relation operator and distinguishing coefficient based on the strict mathematical formulation.The simulation result shows that the criteria and practical methods are reasonable and efficient.
