Introspection and Reconstruction: A New Perspective on Crime Object

Aiming at the problems in the overwhelming academic system of the object in China, the article provides a new choice which has the same name but a different nature to reform the academic system of object in both content and format, by considering its originality, harmony, legality, logicality, functionality, cognition, and implementation. At the same time, the author reflects upon the choice by combining horizontal and vertical comparisons, internal and external analyses, and by the discussion of theory and practice. Thus, on this basis, by redefining the intension and extension of criminal object, the article puts forward a brand new reconstruction of the category of criminal object, which differs quite greatly from that in all the currently prevalent academic systems.
