Design and implementation of fluid office document query language

Fluid office documents have different formats,and their matching APIs depend on developing platform and versions,causing difficulty in custom development and information retrieval.To solve this problem,an office document query(ODQ)language which enabled interoperability with all kind formats of office documents was proposed.Common document model ontology was built to conceal the format details of documents and provide a uniform operation interface to handle office documents with different formats.Results show that ODQ has advantages in format independence,and can facilitate users to develop the documents processing systems with good interoperability.
