Research about Raising Student Cadres' Leadership from Sociological Angle

Based on the sociological angle,the questions about student cadres' leadership were analyzed from three planes: consciousness stratification plane,the cognition stratification plane and the operation stratification plane.The raising countermeasure of student cadres' leadership was discussed,which was hoped to be a certain reference for the related research.
