Study on Reaction Kinetics of Isocyanate

The reaction kinetics of synthesizing aryl isocyanate by aryl amine and phosgene was studied.The results showed that the reaction could be divided into two steps of cold reaction and hot reaction,the former controlled by diffuse resistance and the latter controlled by chemical resistance.The model of reaction kinetics was obtained,the influences of main factors on the reaction were studied and some suggestions for industrial production were proposed.
