Uniform Format DCME

Based on the characteristic of waveform coding and parameter coding for speech,an uniform format digital circuit multiple equipment(DCME) scheme is presented.According to circuit mode and packet mode for transmitting,two different bearer structures are designed,which can be used to transmitte the various services efficiently and in various speech code and fax demodulate/remodulate.Because of selecting a 2.5ms the bearer frame the bearer delay is decreased distinctly.The ITU-T Recommendations of G.763,G.767,G.768 can be repalced by this scheme.It is suitable for very low rate or higher quality speech code in future.
