Lossless data hiding for MPEG-4 videos based on histogram pair

In the most existing lossless data hiding schemes,hidden data can be extracted out without any distortion while the payload videos are lossy.So,they are not lossless in essence.In order to implement lossless video authentication and hidden communication,a lossless data hiding scheme of histogram pair was proposed for MPEG-4 videos.It embedded hidden data into the quantized Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT) coefficients of Intra Video Object Plane(I-VOP) by adjusting the histograms.In the process of data extracting,it can get embedded data blindly and reconstruct original videos without any distortion.Theory analysis and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has low distortion,high invisibility and wide availability.
