Simulink of Code Based on the Study and Decoding

This problem is the pcm encoder to produce the pcm signal based on visual emulation,the use of tools and simulink for communications systems modeling and simulation and analysis functions of the rich and pcm code modulation,technology,in pulse code modulation,a signal to quantify how the sampling and then to quantify the value is changed into the code,the encoding and decoding research and simulink for the use of computer simulations.
