To satisfy the expanding of nautical publication fields,the demands in different application fields and the development of charts compiling techniques,this thesis brings out the concept of new guarantee mode on knowledge base.It studies the development trend of nautical publications guarantee mode,especially in the aspects of multiform publications,feasibility of duly guarantee and necessary of long-distance guarantee.This thesis also brings out a new concept on the development of chart compilation and application in the future.
