Sun Xin-jian · Dianzi xuebao · 2015

In many self-healing key distribution schemes, the size of sliding w indow affects both the self-healing capability and the communication overhead. With probability know ledge, the mathematical model is built,w hich reflects the influence of the size of sliding-w indow and packet loss rate on the performance of key synchronization, group security association and security service. Then,an adjustment mechanism of sliding w indow is proposed to adapt to the dynamic change of broadcast links, and a look-up table is utilized to reduce the computation and storage overhead. Simulation results show that the scheme proposed is dynamically adaptive, and guarantees the performance of security service w ith high probability. Compared w ith the existing schemes, the proposed scheme greatly reduces the communication overhead, and is more feasible and efficient. M eanw hile,it further promotes the application of self-healing key distribution.
